All of the Upcoming Stuff – April/May
April 8, 2011 at 1:38 am | Posted in Activities, Meetings | Leave a commentThe May meeting will be Monday May 9 at 5:45pm at Joe’s Crab Shack where we will have election of new officers and goodbye dinner for you two.
Remember that if you want to run for elections that you must have a prepared speech (~3 minutes long). The following are possible positions that you can run for: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Information Officer.
Community Service Projects:
April 30 – We will meet at City Hall at 8:00am and than go to Ralston House to plant flowers and drop off snacks and books and stuffed animals (that you should pick up from Kohl’s or King Soopers before hand).
May 7 – Pride Day: meet at City Hall at 9:30am
May 14th(Date is different than what was discussed at the meeting) – Have A Heart: meet at City Hall at 7:15 am.
